HEALTH CHECK-UP SCHEME INSTRUCTIONS
Health Check Up will be carried out only by prior appointment , which can be made at the reception of the Nursing Home. For appointment, please call between 8.00 am. and 4.00 pm. On telephone numbers

The person undergoing the check-up should be on complete fast for 12 Hrs. prior to the check-up i.e. after dinner at 8.00 p.m. the previous night. Even tea should not be taken after dinner at 8.00 p.m.

Morning sample of urine & stool, in a small quantity, stored in wide-mouthed clean container with cover (available in the pathology lab), should be brought along at the time of check up. A mild, non-oily purgative viz. Dulcolax, Herbolax, Agarol etc. is desired before retiring on previous night.

Please check with the clerk at the ground floor reception counter at 8.00 a.m. on appointed day for guidance.

Consultation with the physician will be held on the same day.

Health check up is done as an outpatient procedure. In case overnight admission is required in certain situations ,then booking of the desired bed can be done for one day while taking appointment

Your time is valuable. We have therefore planned the schemes in such away that the entire procedure of investigations and assessment by the physician will be over in 3-4 Hrs.

Your File: All investigation reports and Physician's assessment and advise will be handed over to you or your authorised representative, the next day at 2.00 p.m.
